Sequence information and functional annotation of four fish species

The dataset contains mRNA and protein sequences as well as gene function annotation files for common carp (<i>Cypinus carpio</i>), goldfish (Carassius auratus), <i>Puntius tetrazona</i> and <i> Paracanthobrama guichenoti</i>. These files uploaded herein are extended data for the article "Updated genome of common carp (Cyprinus carpio), improved genome annotation of goldfish (Carassius auratus), and genome sequences of two closely related diploid fish provide insights into convergent structure evolution and divergent expression processes in allo-tetraploids".
