Our study is a survey of transcriptomic variations among different stress conditions for a protoploid yeast species. We have sequenced the RNA material of the Lachancea kluyveri reference strain during exponential growth under 20 stress conditions (Illumina HiSeq2000, 2 replicates/condition). This allows us to describe L. kluyveri specific and general stress responses and to compare them to those in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
