LogMPIE: Landscape Of Gut Microbiome - Pan India Exploration. LogMPIE

LogMPIE is an observational, multi-center, cross geography and age-group study. The primary objective of the study was to report the microbiome baseline across India. The study reported data from over 1000 subjects. Additionally, for individual subjects, factors such as BMI, lifestyle, dietary habits and gender were recorded. The study was conducted by Tata Chemicals Limited.
