Improving projections of climate-related stress on coral reef futures

This dataset contains of projections of the Great Barrier from 2022-2099 under the Degree Heating Months (DHM) heat stress metric, for six climate models ('Trajectory_counterfactual_DHM_17Mar2021.zip"). An equivalent set of projections, but using the Degree Heating Weeks (DHW) heat stress metric, are available at the repository at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7725355. The same repository contains the MATLAB code for the ReefMod-GBR ecological model that was used to simulate both sets of projections. The file "settings_GBR.m", here, is a specific file required when running ReefMod-GBR to ensure that DHM, and not DHW (the default), is used when simulating the projections.
