Flow cytometry data – X33: dual-parameter replicative age and viability profiling of Komagataella phaffii

X33 — Komagataella phaffii Strain: X33 (Komagataella phaffii, syn. Pichia pastoris), industrially relevant expression yeast. Role: method transfer to a second species. Data: 96 FCS files. Identical experimental design as W34/70: ICP buffer (pH 3, 4, 5, 6) and MOPS buffer (pH 4, 5, 6, 7), three biological replicates per condition, same measurement conditions (unstained controls, CFDA staining, mCherry measurements with and without CFDA). File naming follows the same convention as the S23 series. Analysis: Identical analysis workflow as W34/70. Same scale group A (FITC-A/PerCP-A viability threshold 0.7) and same gate overrides for MOPS pH 4 and 5. This dataset demonstrates that the dual-parameter strategy developed on W34/70 (mCherry-based replicative age + CFDA-based viability) is transferable to a phylogenetically distant yeast species.
