Multimodal Retinal Disorder Diagnosis Dataset

The Comprehensive Multimodal Retinal Disorder Diagnosis Dataset (CMRDD) contains detailed ophthalmic imaging-derived features, clinical parameters, and demographic attributes collected from 283,893 patient examinations. This dataset has been curated to support the development of advanced AI-driven diagnostic systems for retinal disorders, with a focus on multimodal feature fusion, explainability, and clinical interpretability. Each record represents a unique patient visit, integrating A) image-derived measurements, B) clinical and symbolic features, and C) confirmed diagnostic labels for multiple retinal conditions. The dataset structure enables research into predictive modeling, early disease detection, and explainable AI in ophthalmology, with applicability for both central and edge-based healthcare systems.
