Comprehensive analysis of transcriptome-wide N6-methyladenosine methylomes in the rat Barrett’s esophagus

To investigate the mRNA m6A modification pattern in Barrett’s esophagus,we performed transcriptome-wide maps of m6A methylation，foreseeing a molecular mechanism of m6A-mediated gene in Barrett’s esophagus.为探究巴雷特食管（Barrett’s esophagus）中mRNA的m6A修饰模式，我们开展了全转录组范围的m6A甲基化图谱分析，以期阐明巴雷特食管中m6A介导的基因相关分子机制。
