Processed datasets and R analysis code supporting the manuscript Nutrient Regime Restructures Root Fungal Communities in Hydroponic and Aquaponic Systems (Lobanov et al., 2026; under review at Environmental Microbiome. Includes: DADA2-derived ASV and taxonomy tables for 16S rRNA gene and ITS amplicon datasets; plant sap, water-quality, and harvest measurements; supplementary ecological-group / nutrient correlation tables; and the R Markdown analysis notebook plus per-analysis R scripts that reproduce all main and supplementary figures.
