It encompasses epidemiological survey data and laboratory test results of 81,775 valid participants aged 1–59 years, collected from 160 disease surveillance sites across 31 provinces nationwide. This database elucidates the regional distribution characteristics and population-level epidemiological patterns of hepatitis B virus infection, providing scientific underpinnings for the development of hepatitis B prevention and control strategies.
