Bio-composts can be a good alternative for its application in agriculture for soil health, since they are rich in microorganisms that can solubilise nutrients and promote plant growth. In this study, we performed the 16S rRNA metagenomics profiling of leaf waste compost along with different bio-composts viz. cow dung manure, kitchen waste compost, vermicompost, municipal organic waste compost, and neem cake compost.
