Transcriptional responses of human synovial fibroblasts to TNF and IL-17A over time (RNA-seq Data 1)

The combination of TNF and IL-17A has synergistic effects on the transcription of genes encoding chemokines and cytokines. Human fibroblasts derived from individual with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis were stimulated with TNF or TNF and IL-17A and gene expression was assayed with RNA-seq. RNA-seq Data 1 (n=175): 7 synovial fibroblast cell lines from patient tissues, 9 time points (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 18, and 24 hours), 3 stimulations (TNF (1 ng/mL); TNF (1 ng/mL) and IL-17A (1 ng/mL); TNF (1 ng/mL) and IL-17A (10 ng/mL)). --------------------------------------------------------------- Authors state "We don't have the required patient consents to deposit the raw sequencing reads."
