Memory mark for learning coding

It is generally believed that Long-Term Memory (LTM) formation requires transcriptional activity. By using the CAMEL tool and the Courtship Rejection conditioning assay, we collected CREB-activated Mushroom Body neurons of trained fruit fly brains two hours after memory reactivation. As controls we used naive, non-trained animals and trained rutabaga (the Drosophila homolog of Adenilato Cyclase) mutant animals under the same conditions.
