HVD — Buildings

The theme Buildings (Buildings) is a high value dataset (HVD). This follows from Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the Council on open data and the re-use of public sector information and its implementing regulation, which defines specifically HVD. The data model of this HVD dataset is identical to the INSPIRE data model for Buildings.‘建筑物（Buildings）’主题数据集属于高价值数据集（High Value Dataset，HVD）。该归类依据欧洲议会与理事会发布的《关于开放数据及公共部门信息再利用的（EU）2019/1024号指令》及其实施细则，该文件专门对高价值数据集作出了明确定义。本高价值数据集的数据模型与建筑物主题的INSPIRE数据模型完全一致。
