Hedgehog signaling alters the balance of fibroblast subtypes in pancreatic cancer [scRNA-seq]

A better understanding of the roles of signaling pathways differentially activated in distinct fibroblast populations will shed light on the complexity of fibroblast heterogeneity in pancreatic cancer.
