Genome, population genetics and sociogenomics of two cryptic Tetragonula stingless bee species

RNA-seq and population genomic data for Tetragonula individuals collected in eastern Australia. Population genomic data come from samples of both Tetragonula carbonaria and Tetragonula hockingsi , collected across a broad range of latitudes from Sydney to Far North Queensland. Transcriptomic data come from queens, males, foraging workers and in-nest workers collected from T. carbonaria nests.
