Tigriopus kingsejongensis Transcriptome or Gene expression

Here we report the transcriptome sequence of new endemic Harpacticoid copepod, Tigriopus kingsejongensis from tide pool in the western Antarctic Peninsula . The Antarctic intertidal zone is perpetually exposed to extreme fluctuations in biotic and abiotic stresses and the west Antarctic Peninsula region is a most rapidly warming and changing place on Earth. Thus organisms living on intertidal pool in the Antarctic have great potential to be the subjects of scientific interest in many aspects.
