资源简介:
To get insight into biosynthesis of shikimic acids and neurotoxin anisantin, de novo transcriptome sequencing of Illicium satinum was performed. PacBio Iso-Seq data from different tissues of I. satinum, including leaf, stem, flower, and flower bud tissues, were generated and assembled. In addition, Illumina RNA-Seq data from those four tissues were produced, and expressions of unigenes, which were generated from PacBio Iso-Seq, were quantified. Besides the production of transcriptome sequencing data, whole-genome sequence data was produced and a complete chloroplast genome using the data was assembled.
