Whole transcriptome analysis of prostatic urethra of rats after thulium laser prostatectomy [mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA]

To investigate the repair mechanism of urethral wound after prostatectomy, we used microarray RNA sequences and bioinformatics methods to analyze the entire transcriptome of post-urethral resection trauma tissue in the rat prostate.
