In the present study, we used NGS to characterise lncRNA-seq of control- and igf3 knockdown-treatment Cyprinus carpio gonad to exlplore the molecular mechanism of igf3. We want to identified a certain amount of igf3-related differential expressed mRNAs and lncRNAs to elucidate the role of igf3 in the gonadal development of common carp.
