Architecture-Tunable Phosphorus-Containing Covalent Adaptable Network Additives for Polyamide 6 Composites
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the experimental data associated with the study “Architecture-Tunable Phosphorus-Containing Covalent Adaptable Network Additives for Polyamide 6 Composites.” The work investigates the synthesis, characterization, and performance of phosphorus-containing dynamic covalent networks (P-CANs) designed as additives for melt extrusion with PA6 to improve leach resistance and provide fire resistance. The repository includes the underlying data used for the thermal, rheological, mechanical, and fire-performance analyses reported in the manuscript, including datasets from techniques such as GPC, TGA (of P-CANs), DSC, rheology - stress relaxation curves (normalized), torque evolution during micro-compounding, TGA (of PA6/P-CAN composites), tensile testing stress-strain curves, SAXS fitting table of the composites, and MCC data of the film-extruded P-CAN composites. Processed data used to generate the figures and tables in the manuscript are provided together with the corresponding raw or exported instrumental data where applicable. These data are provided to support reproducibility of the reported results and further analysis by the research community.
