Exosomal microRNA profiling in aqueous humor of the patients with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy by Next-Generation Sequencing

We report the aqueous humor-derived exosomal miRNA expression profiles from CSC patients and cataract patients as control, and with analysis by anti-VEGF treatment responders (CSC-R) and non-responders (CSC-NR). Overall design: miRNA expression profiling analysis of miRNA-seq data for human aqueous humor-derived exosomes of CSC patients.
