BrainSpan sample metadata and co-expression summary statistics. For our re-analysis of the BrainSpan data we generated co-expression networks for each individual with 10 or more samples. The table lists the sample ID, sex, age, the number of samples included in the network, and then provides summary statistics from the co-expression analysis including the AUROC of the autism candidate (ASD) genes, the mean expression of the ASD genes, and the mean performance of the network compared to GO slim.
