Single cell(sc) RNAseq of wild type (WT) mouse lung

We report the application of scRNA sequencing for high-throughput profiling of gene expression in 40 unsupervised lung cell clusters scRNAseq was done on 5677 lung cells from three WT mouse本研究报道了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）在40个无监督聚类肺细胞簇的基因表达高通量谱分析中的应用。本次实验对来自3只野生型（WT）小鼠的5677个肺细胞进行了scRNA-seq测序。
