云南省普洱市-卫生-患者脂肪肝检测数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品基于医疗全病历诊疗数据，包括患者体检数据、化验数据、住院诊疗等综合数据，构建脂肪肝检测数据模型，提取脂肪肝病症相关特征。

This data product is sourced from the hospital information system (HIS) data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers various types such as the first page of medical records, electronic medical records, examination and laboratory test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After undergoing data governance and processing, a high-quality medical data product is finally formed. Based on the comprehensive medical diagnosis and treatment data including patient physical examination data, laboratory test data, inpatient diagnosis and treatment data and other comprehensive data derived from the complete medical records, this data product is used to construct a fatty liver detection data model and extract features related to fatty liver disease.
