Transcriptional Profiling shows Dampening of Interferon Gene Signatures by NAD⁺ Augmentation in Ataxia-Telangiectasia

This dataset contains raw RNA-seq read counts and sample metadata for the study “Transcriptional Profiling Shows Dampening of Interferon Gene Signatures by NAD⁺ Augmentation in Ataxia-Telangiectasia”. Data were generated from bulk RNA-seq of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples. Files included: raw_counts_all_samples.tsvRaw gene-level count matrix for all samples. Counts were obtained from STAR alignments against the GRCh38 reference genome.
