Recruitment, Education and Careers in the Police: A European Longitudinal Study (RECPOL), 2013.

This dataset consists of data from "Recruitment, Education and Careers in the Police: A European Longitudinal Study (RECPOL), 2013". The project aims to follow students of police science through four phases: When they start their education, when they complete their education, and three and six years after starting to work. By this the project makes it possible to understand how the students attitudes, values and visions are being formed by the education and their experiences of working life. So far, the first and second phase of the study have been carried out.
