This dataset provides the data and R scripts for the manuscript: "Strategic mangrove restoration can deliver consistently high biodiversity support benefits across climate futures". The Rcode file covers the following main components: Species occurrence preprocessing Environmental data processing SSDM steps for global mangrove & 2391 mangrove-associated species Biodiversity metrics evaluation and mapping Feasibility layer construction (ecological + land-use) Spatial optimization with prioritizr + Gurobi (requires license) Some scripts use taxize to query IUCN Red List categories. An IUCN API key must be available as an environment variable. Spatial optimization scripts require Gurobi, which must be installed in the execution environment. A valid Gurobi license must be available.
