Mr David Jones, a reporter with television station Channel 7, visited the Archives Office with a film crew on 27 August 1985 to compile a segment on the Archives Office for the programme "11AM" to be screened the following day.This series comprises a copy of unedited video (running time approximately thirty minutes) which includes an extensive interview with the Principal Archivist, film of noteworthy State archives and footage of the Search Room, and a copy of the edited version of this filming which was actually broadcast (running time is approximately five minutes).
