Abstract:This article aims to relate the concept of sustainable innovative organization to the concept of organizational resilience. To do this, a study was carried out at the human resources department of EBE S.A., a Brazilian energy company. This paper conducts a theoretical review of the concepts of resource-based vision, core competencies, dynamic capabilities, strategic human resources management, learning organization, organizational resilience, sustainable innovative organization, and, finally, it identifies which are the human resources management practices of EBE S.A. that contribute to make the company a Resilient Sustainable Innovative Organization.
