<b>Equilibrium-Traffic-Networks</b>

This repository contains three DGL datasets generated for the study "A hybrid deep-learning-metaheuristic framework for bi-level network design problems" by Bahman Madadi and Gonçalo H. de Almeida Correia, published in Expert Systems with Applications.
