CD8+ T cells that recognize the IPSINVHHY peptide presented by HLA-B*35:01 were isolated form PBMCs using peptide-HLA tetramers. The T cell receptor alpha and T cell receptor beta chain was sequenced. The aim was to find a specific T cell receptor among the HLA-B*35:01/IPS-specific T cells.
