RNA sequencing of Streptococcus salivarius strains from oral cavities of Korean subjects

To investigate the subspecies level differences in the expression profiles of Streptococcus salivarius strains, we conducted the RNA sequencing analysis of Streptococcus salivarius strains. Overall design: Streptococcus salivarius strains were grown in BHI broth under the same conditions (OD600 = 0.5–0.7, 37°C, anaerobic chamber).
