Analysis of retinal gene expression when exposed to laser radiation with a wavelength of 577 nm in the micropulse mode on the retina. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that laser radiation in a micropulse mode leads to a change in the expression of retinal genes. The genes whose expression level was significantly changed were identified - genes involved in the regulation of neoangiogenesis, structural cellular functions, cell proliferation, transcription, differentiation, transmembrane transport, signaling, synaptic transmission, and others. Total RNA obtained from the retinal pigment epithelium and retinal neuroepithelium, subjected to the introduction of PBC, VEGP and laser exposure in the micropulse mode with a wavelength of 577 nm
