This dataset is developed to support the development and evaluation of novel RNA regulatory methods, enabling selective modulation of prenyl modifications across four experimental scales: i6A nucleosides, nucleotides, cultured cells and living plants. Its main data entries cover the demodification effects of various TEMPO oxides on i6A nucleosides, specificity assay results, as well as i6A abundance in cells and Arabidopsis thaliana plants before and after the modulation process. The total data size is 36 MB.
