Transcriptome functional annotation (with an E-value < 1e-6) of the subset of differentially expressed genes (at a 4-fold or greater level, FDR p < 0.001), using SwissProt, NCBI ‘NR’ (blastX and blastP), Pfam, Eggnog, and Kegg databases. Annotation reports included for 4 tissue-specific transcriptomes: -Avicularia (includes bud and mature avicularium) -Rhizoids (network and rhizoid autozooid) -Autozooids (mature autozooid and autozooid bud) -Autozooids and Avicularia (bud and mature avicularium and mature autozooid and autozooid bud)
