资源简介:
This dataset contains simultaneously acquired electrophysiological recordings from cerebellar neurons and mesoscale widefield calcium imaging of the dorsal cortex in mice. The data were collected to study how individual cerebellar neurons are embedded within brain-wide cortical networks and how these relationships change across brain states and sensory conditions. The dataset enables investigation of: Functional connectivity between single cerebellar neurons and cortex-wide activity patterns State-dependent changes in cortico-cerebellar coupling (e.g., awake vs anesthetized) Sensory-related modulation of cerebellar neurons and their associated cortical networks Electrophysiological recordings (Neuropixels or tetrodes) provide single-unit spiking activity from cerebellar neurons, while widefield calcium imaging (GCaMP6s) captures large-scale cortical population dynamics. In some sessions, behavioral video recordings are included to track movement and relate neural activity to behavior. This dataset supports analyses at multiple scales, from single-neuron activity to brain-wide network dynamics, and is intended for reuse in studies of neural connectivity, brain state, and sensorimotor processing.
