12 cervicothoracic sections of mouse embryos were dissected at E9.5 (2 replicates), E10.5 (2 replicates), E11.5 (2 replicates), E12.5 (3 replicates), E13.5 (3 replicates). Single-cell RNA-seq libraries were encapsulated, sequenced, aligned, and counted with the 10X Genomics' Chromium platform and Illumina's HiSeq 4000 platform.
本研究共收集12份小鼠胚胎颈胸区段样本,分别于胚胎发育第9.5天(E9.5,2个生物学重复)、第10.5天(E10.5,2个生物学重复)、第11.5天(E11.5,2个生物学重复)、第12.5天(E12.5,3个生物学重复)及第13.5天(E13.5,3个生物学重复)完成解剖分离。依托10X Genomics Chromium平台与Illumina HiSeq 4000测序平台,完成了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-seq)文库的封装、测序、序列比对及基因计数分析。
