Individual monitoring of Indian yellow-nosed albatrosses from Amsterdam Island including resighting histories and immunological status against Pateurella multocida of vaccinated and naturally exposed birds between 2013 and 2017. yna_cmr.csv: individual resighting histories. yna_immuno.csv: capture data and longitudinal immunological data obtained by screening for anti-Pasteurella multocida antibodies by microagglution or ELISA. immuno_functions.r: homemade functions for basic epidemiological data exploration (del_dup(), get_prev(), get_stat()). ecopath_yna_sero_notebook.html: R notebook presenting the codes for the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.
