Bacillus can serve as a biological agent to inhibit pathogenic microorganisms and promote plant growth in agriculture. We report the complete genome sequence of Bacillus velezensis strain F68, which was isolated from tomato rhizosphere soil. The genome contains 3972640 bp DNA with a G + C ratio of 46.48%.
