The SDBD electrode system with a 50 µm copper self-adhesive foil corona electrode was used for data collection. The size of the linear electrode is as follows: a length of 15 mm and a width of 10 mm. It was located in the center of the dielectric barrier. The dielectric barrier material was aluminum nitride.Linear dielectric barrier dimensions were 60 x 40 mm, and the thick-ness was 1 mm. Its dielectric permittivity was 7.2–9.8 at frequencies 1 MHz–10 GHz.The reverse electrode took up the entire plane of the barrier. It was grounded directly. The reverse electrode had a 2 mm wide measuring section. The measuring section was separated from the reverse electrode by a 0.2 mm gap and was grounded through a 50 Ω shunt resistor.The electrode system ran on a f = 30 kHz sine wave voltage from a half-bridge transistor power supply. A high-voltage (HV) transformer of the power supply formed an oscillating circuit with a capacity load. The oscillating circuit was selected in such a way that there was a resonance in the frequency range of 29–31 kHz. HV was applied to the corona electrode and was measured using a hand-made capacity HV divider. Data were collected using an oscilloscope Agilent DSO3034a(the bandwidth is 350 MHz) with a sampling frequency of 4 GS/s. The signal from the HV divider (C1/C2, the division ratio was 1/536) came to the input of the oscilloscope with an internal resistance of 1MΩ. Current measured through the shunt resistor I(t) = Ush(t)/Rsh (Rsh 1⁄4 50 Ω) came to the input of the oscilloscope with an internal resistance of 50 Ω. In this way, the current measuring line with the wave impedance of 50 Ω was matched on both sides to the resistances of 50 Ω. Multiple signal reduction was taken into account in the mathematical processing of the signal.The DSO3034a oscilloscope got a single recording having data on 3 periods in the maximum resolution mode. Data collection was driven by external computer. Launches of DSO3034a were repeated one time a second. To accumulate statistics in a single dataset, the data of 1000 recordings were collected.Measurements are represented as a series of .npz files, each containing a numpy array of shape (3, 200000), meaning it has 3 rows of 200000 values each. - The first row contains measurement times- The second row contains voltage values in Volts- The third row contains current values in AmperesMeasurements series are distributed across multiple folders, each corresponding to one experiment. All experiments were carried out in the same manner described above. Folders are named in the following format: data_<experiment_date>. All folders are packed in .zip archives.Additionally, there is a data processing python script in the process_data.py3 file
