This dataset describes human induced pluripotent stem cells as they differentiate into somite progenitors, and the consequences of dystrophin deficiency on the transcriptome of these single cells hiPSCs from three cell lines (Healthy, DMD, CRISPR) were collected at Day 10 of a myogenic differentiation protocol and subjected to single-cell RNA-Seq using a commercial split-pool barcoding kit provided by Parse Biosciences
