Datasets for PPE Adherence Duration Estimation

This repository includes three datasets: 1) R2PPE additional Video Sets; 2) PACN Dataset; and 3) Dataset for Duration Estimate. R2PPE additional Video Sets The R2PPE additional video sets can be used with R2PPE dataset. The videos were simulated in the environment of data of R2PPE and frames were sampled in 1 FPS. PACN Dataset This dataset is designed for training a PPE adherence classification network, which predicts the adherence status of healthcare providers based on their visual appearance. The dataset contains 12 classes corresponding to four types of personal protective equipment (PPE) — gown, mask, eyewear, and glove — each labeled according to adherence conditions. All images were cropped and sampled from the R2PPE dataset and additional video sets mentioned above. Dataset for Duration Estimate The dataset consists of five simulation videos in which healthcare providers perform various clinical activities while wearing different types of personal protective equipment (PPE). The dataset includes 12 adherence classes. The CSV file provides the duration (in seconds) of each of the 12 PPE adherence classes across the five simulation videos.
