This dataset is derived from a research paper associated with the project studying molecular regulation and environmental stress response mechanisms of secondary forest tree growth. The core content of this dataset focuses on third-generation full-length transcriptome analysis. This work proposes a one-stop analytical solution named PRAPI for Iso-Seq data processing, which enables the identification of alternative transcription initiation (ATI), alternative splicing (AS), alternative cleavage and polyadenylation (APA), natural antisense transcripts (NATs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs). PRAPI can integrate full-length Iso-Seq isoforms with short-read sequencing datasets such as RNA-Seq or polyadenylation site sequencing (PAS-seq) to perform differential expression analysis of NATs, AS events, APA events, and circRNAs. Additionally, when reference gene annotations are available, PRAPI can annotate novel genes and correct misannotated genes. Finally, PRAPI generates high-quality vector graphics to visualize and highlight Iso-Seq analysis results.
