It was found that the level microflora structure of phylum and genus of Japanese eel with different growth rates were significantly different. In the fast growth group, the abundance of microorganisms associated with signal transduction, environmental adaptation, immunity, membrane transport and gene information processing was higher than that in the slow growth group, and the abundance of microorganisms associated with lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, foreign substance degradation and metabolism was higher in the slow growth group.
