资源简介:
Cardiovascular disease (CAD) is the highest mortality of major diseases in China. With the great progress of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) technology, ischemic heart disease has also been effectively treated, However, the incidence of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) which as an important injury factor in PCI related complications, has been also increasing year by year, leading to the bad clinical outcome of malignant arrhythmia and heart failure. Because of less early, sensitive and specific intervention methods, it is impossible to intervene the MIRI in time at the early stage. In previous experiments energy metabolism disorder and immune inflammatory injury were found to play important roles in MIRI. Using quantitative proteomics, we found the differential proteins and rich signal pathways in the perioperative period of PCI, which provides an important basis for the follow-up study of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
