资源简介:
The transcription factor c-Fos plays an important role in hepatic metabolism. Previous studies implicated the c-Fos/AP-1 in steatohepatitis development and hepatocellular carcinoma formation. However, its role in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma remains to be illustrated. Here, we analyse the transcriptional consequences of adenovirus-mediated c-Fos silencing in the liver of young adult mice during 2 weeks by bulk RNA-seq. Overall design: Murine (males, C57BL/6N) liver RNA was sequenced after 2 weeks of adenovirus-mediated c-Fos silencing (3 Adv-Control and 3 Adv-shRNA-Fos, littermates) with 12h-Fasting&12h-Feeding. Adenovirus was always injected at 6 weeks old. Comparative expression profiling was conducted across groups (Adv-shRNA-Fos compared to Adv-Control).
