This data was used to create and validate the Male Gender Dysphoria Scale, through items adapted exclusively to peruvian youth and adults of the male sex assigned at birth, ranging from 18 to 40 years of age. Through an exploratory factorial analysis was found the Cronbach’s alpha and Mc’Donald’s omega coefficient for the global scale. It was concluded that the scale to diagnose gender dysphoria; male to female version shows adequate internal consistency and construct validity.
