The Sambodhan Grievance Dataset (Department) is a dataset of preprocessed citizen complaint texts for department classification tasks, containing 2426 samples across four department categories: Municipal Governance & Community Services, Education, Health & Social Welfare, Infrastructure, Utilities & Natural Resources, and Security & Law Enforcement. The dataset is maintained by mr-kush and is provided in three splits: training, validation, and test sets.
