Auxiliary code and data associated to "A statistical-physics approach for codon usage optimisation."

This entry contains the code for genome preprocessing and filtering, as well as the resulting datasets, that are used to learn a statistical-physics model for codon design, as explained in the article "A statistical-physics approach for codon usage optimisation".
