Effect of OGT inhibition on the epigenome of human LX-2 hepatic stellate cells

Human LX-2 cells treated or not with OSMI-1 OGT inhibitor (OGTi) were used for H3K27ac ChIP-seq as well as for CoP-seq. Human LX-2 cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO) or OSMI-1 OGT inhibitor (OGTi used at 50 µM for 24 h), cross-linked, chromatin was sonicated and used for H3K27ac ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation with Active Motif #39685 H3K27ac antibody) or CoP (Column Purified chromatin) assays followed by high-throughput sequencing.
